  1. Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Understand clients' business goals and help them achieve success through the use of Cisco's security products and services.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Continuously monitor and track client satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to improve and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Cisco's security solutions.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and gather feedback.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the use and optimization of Cisco's security products.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients.
  9. Identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of Cisco's security products and services.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A Css Should Have A Customer-Focused Mindset And Be Dedicated To Providing Exceptional Support To Clients. They Should Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Customers And Provide A Positive Customer Experience Throughout The Entire Lifecycle Of The Product Or Service.
