- Serve as the main point of contact for clients using Cisco's security products, specifically Duo and Umbrella.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively use our security products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and work towards implementing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports on customer feedback.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Duo and Umbrella products, providing insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Knowledge Of Duo And Umbrella Security Platforms: The Css Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Duo And Umbrella Security Platforms, Including Their Features, Functionalities, And Best Practices.
Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Security Concepts Such As Authentication, Encryption, And Network Security Protocols.
Customer Service Skills: As A Css, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Providing Exceptional Customer Service. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Efficiently, And Have A Customer-Centric Mindset.
Experience In Cybersecurity: A Css Should Have Previous Experience In The Cybersecurity Industry, Preferably In Roles Such As Technical Support, Network Security, Or Information Security.
Certifications: Certifications Such As Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna) Security, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism) Are Highly Desirable For This Role And Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Security Principles And Practices.
