Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem solving.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
  4. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  5. Identify potential areas of improvement in customer service processes.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  7. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  9. Monitor customer service metrics and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on new products and services and provide appropriate training to team members.
