Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to join the Cisco Systems team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for customer success and a commitment to exceeding expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customer success, developing relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of customer success experience, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver customer success by ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries, and providing product and service support.
  2. Develop lasting relationships with customers by providing superior customer service and communications.
  3. Identify opportunities for improvement by monitoring customer feedback and usage patterns.
  4. Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement customer success initiatives.
  5. Utilize Cisco Systems products and services to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
  6. Remain up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to ensure customer success.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to the team to improve customer experience.
  8. Analyze customer data to identify key trends and insights.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on customer success initiatives and progress.
  10. Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training and support as needed.
