In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enabling them to maximize the value of their Cisco investments.The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of success in customer success management, a passion for technology, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Working with customers and partners to identify needs and develop solutions to meet those needs, you will be critical to the success of our customers and the company. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify customers’ needs and develop solutions to meet them.
  2. Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention.
  3. Develop relationships with customers and partners to maximize the value of their investments in Cisco.
  4. Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer issues.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and recommend strategies for improvement.
  7. Monitor customer trends and usage of Cisco products.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on customer success and product usage.
  9. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Cisco and promote customer success.
  10. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
