
Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify customers’ needs and develop solutions to meet them.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention.
- Develop relationships with customers and partners to maximize the value of their investments in Cisco.
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Monitor customer trends and usage of Cisco products.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer success and product usage.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Cisco and promote customer success.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
