  1. Develop and implement customer experience strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery and drive business success.
  2. Lead a team of customer experience professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to maximize their performance and growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and tools to streamline and improve customer experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Cisco Systems remains at the forefront of customer experience excellence.
  7. Act as an advocate for the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and driving customer-centric initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track customer satisfaction and report to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco Systems' products and services, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on customer interactions.
