Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of visual elements for web and mobile applications, with an emphasis on user-centric design principles.
- Create a positive customer experience through design.
- Utilize strong attention to detail and an understanding of how design works on both a creative and technical level.
- Act as a self-starter and team player to think strategically and execute on ideas quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design needs are met.
- Evaluate existing designs and consult on improvements.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.
- Track design metrics and analyze user feedback.
