Cisco Systems is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Engineering – Visual Design Lead to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success designing visual elements for web and mobile applications, with an acute understanding of user-centric design principles. This individual will have a passion for creating a positive customer experience, as well as a strong eye for detail and an innate understanding of how design works on both a creative and technical level.We are looking for a person who is a self-starter and a team player, and who can think strategically while also being able to quickly and effectively execute on their ideas. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design of visual elements for web and mobile applications, with an emphasis on user-centric design principles.
  2. Create a positive customer experience through design.
  3. Utilize strong attention to detail and an understanding of how design works on both a creative and technical level.
  4. Act as a self-starter and team player to think strategically and execute on ideas quickly and effectively.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design needs are met.
  6. Evaluate existing designs and consult on improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.
  8. Track design metrics and analyze user feedback.
