
Customer Experience Engineering – Visual Design Lead
At Cisco Systems, we are looking for an experienced Visual Design Lead with a passion for customer experience engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a world-class engineering team to create innovative customer experiences. To excel in this position, you must possess strong creative, technical and leadership skills. You must also have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to think outside the box and develop visually appealing designs.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in visual design, graphic design, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience engineering and visual design. You should also have extensive experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch. Additionally, you should be well-versed in user experience principles and have a deep understanding of web design principles.We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and work effectively with different teams. Responsibilities: • Lead the visual design process for customer experience engineering projects • Design visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch to create innovative designs in line with customer requirements • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure designs adhere to user experience principles and web design standards • Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity • Stay up to date on trends and advancements in visual design and user experience engineering • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders on design-related matters • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
