  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
  2. Create and implement strategic account plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each critical account.
  3. Analyze market trends and data to identify potential growth opportunities within critical accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that critical accounts receive the highest level of service and support.
  5. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise with critical accounts.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with critical accounts to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  7. Assist in developing and delivering presentations and proposals to critical accounts.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide informed insights and recommendations to critical accounts.
  9. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform account strategy.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with critical accounts.
  11. Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  12. Represent Cisco Systems in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's values and standards.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance skills and knowledge in account management, business strategy, and technology.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the critical accounts management team.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
