- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts.
- Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with external parties.
- Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in contract terms.
- Continuously evaluate and improve contract negotiation processes and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Negotiation, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Legal And Financial Aspects Of Contracts, With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Propose Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices In Contract Negotiation, As Well As Experience With Various Contract Types (E.g. Licensing, Service Agreements, Etc.).
