Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical and engineering support to customers on Cisco products and services
2. Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs

4. Troubleshoot network issues and devise effective solutions to resolve them
5. Create detailed documentation of technical solutions and procedures
6. Collaborate with other engineers and team members to ensure successful project completion
7. Research and stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
