- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals for the collaboration portfolio.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our collaboration solutions to clients.
- Continuously improve and enhance sales techniques and product knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain a deep understanding of collaboration technologies and their applications to effectively advise clients on the best solutions for their business needs.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and participate in relevant events and conferences to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive overall business growth.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Collaboration Technologies And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Benefits To Potential Clients.
