As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our collaboration portfolio through building and maintaining strategic partnerships with our clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of collaboration technologies, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals for the collaboration portfolio.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing of deals.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our collaboration solutions to clients.
  9. Continuously improve and enhance sales techniques and product knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of collaboration technologies and their applications to effectively advise clients on the best solutions for their business needs.
  11. Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and participate in relevant events and conferences to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
  12. Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive overall business growth.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Collaboration Technologies And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Benefits To Potential Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
