- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to drive joint sales initiatives and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new co-selling opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and assess market trends and opportunities.
- Drive business growth by identifying and leveraging mutual strengths and capabilities with strategic partners.
- Develop and execute co-selling strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Proactively communicate and align with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective co-selling efforts.
- Manage and track co-selling activities, including pipeline development, deal registrations, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on co-selling initiatives and progress to senior management.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of co-selling strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Cisco Systems at industry events and conferences to promote co-selling partnerships and expand business reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure co-selling best practices and strategies are being implemented effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Cisco Systems' products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate and promote them to partners and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems, promoting our values and culture in all interactions with partners, customers, and industry professionals.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset, staying updated on industry developments and incorporating new ideas and approaches into co-selling strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cisco's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Articulate Their Value To Potential Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Partnerships, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Achieving Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Key Stakeholders.
