  1. Design and implement Cisco One solutions for clients, ensuring they meet their business needs and drive growth.
  2. Serve as the lead architect for Cisco One solutions, providing expertise and guidance to the team.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest networking, data center, and cloud technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
  5. Communicate and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco One solutions.
  7. Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and clients.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for Cisco products and solutions.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach for junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  12. Keep track of industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  14. Ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables, meeting quality standards.
  15. Represent Cisco Systems as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences.
