1. Lead a team of Solutions Engineers in the EMEA region, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure their success in delivering exceptional technical support and solutions to our partners and service providers.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and business growth in the EMEA region, using your extensive knowledge and experience in Cisco networking solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and address customer needs and drive innovation in the Cisco networking space.
4. Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco networking technologies, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends, and utilizing this knowledge to provide valuable insights and guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
