  1. Provide technical support to English-speaking customers in Mexico City for Cisco Meraki products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  4. Continuously expand knowledge of networking principles and stay up-to-date with new technology developments.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to identify and understand their needs.
  6. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions.
  7. Contribute to the development of support processes and procedures.
  8. Work closely with other teams within Cisco to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  9. Analyze and troubleshoot network configurations, protocols, and hardware.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  11. Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the success of the team.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Cisco Systems.
  14. Keep track of customer feedback and escalate to management as needed.
  15. Attend training sessions and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cisco Meraki Networking Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cisco Meraki Networking Technologies, Including Routing, Switching, Wireless, And Security. This Includes Experience With Meraki Dashboard And Api As Well As Troubleshooting And Configuring Meraki Devices.

  • Proficiency In English And Spanish: As This Position Specifically Requires English-Speaking Skills For The Mexico City Location, The Candidate Should Be Fluent In Both English And Spanish. This Is Necessary For Effective Communication With Colleagues, Clients, And Vendors.

  • Cisco Certifications: A Cisco Meraki Network Support Engineer Should Possess Relevant Cisco Certifications, Such As Ccna, Ccnp, Or Ccie. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In Cisco Networking Technologies.

  • Experience In Network Support And Troubleshooting: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Complex Network Issues. This Includes Identifying And Resolving Problems, As Well As Providing Proactive Solutions To Prevent Future Issues.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Network Support Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Professionally, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
