CCaaS Technical Solutions Architect

Cisco Systems is looking for a highly experienced CCaaS Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving CCaaS initiatives, developing solutions, and providing technical guidance. We are looking for an individual with a passion for technology and the desire to be a part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in CCaaS and Cloud technologies. You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute CCaaS initiatives and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
2. Deliver technical guidance and expertise on CCaaS and other cloud technologies.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address customer challenges.
4. Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
5. Design, document, and implement technical solutions for customer requirements.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot network issues related to CCaaS and other cloud technologies.
7. Participate in customer meetings and training sessions related to CCaaS and other cloud technologies.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CCaaS and cloud technologies, industry best practices, and new trends.
9. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on CCaaS initiatives and other technical projects.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to CCaaS and other cloud technologies.
