
CCaaS Sales Specialist
If you have a knack for customer success and a passion for sales, then the Cisco Systems CCaaS Sales Specialist role may be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for an ambitious, motivated individual who is excited to join Cisco's team and help take our customers' contact center experiences to the next level. To be successful as a CCaaS Sales Specialist, you must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the contact center and/or communications space. You must also have an in-depth understanding of cloud-based contact center technology and be able to build and deliver compelling presentations. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of customer service and be able to identify and develop customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers about Cisco's contact center products and services
- Utilize in-depth understanding of cloud-based contact center technology to identify and develop customer needs
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the contact center and/or communications space
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service
- Support customers and take their contact center experiences to the next level
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts of the company
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance customer satisfaction
