Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and driven Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery to join the Cisco Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing strategic support for the Support Delivery function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, process and project management, as well as mastery of operational and financial analysis. If you are a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to learn and grow, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business operations, financial planning, or related role• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering successful projects• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze the daily operations of the Support Delivery function to ensure financial and operational excellence.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and achieve desired goals.
  3. Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  4. Manage projects and processes to ensure successful completion in a timely manner.
  5. Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization.
  6. Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain business plans and strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze industry trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
  9. Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
