
Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery
We are looking for an innovative and driven Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery to join the Cisco Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing strategic support for the Support Delivery function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, process and project management, as well as mastery of operational and financial analysis. If you are a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to learn and grow, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business operations, financial planning, or related role• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering successful projects• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the daily operations of the Support Delivery function to ensure financial and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and achieve desired goals.
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage projects and processes to ensure successful completion in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization.
- Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
