Job Description

As a Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery at Cisco Systems, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective support delivery processes. You will need to have strong leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of success in managing operational projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective support delivery processes.
  2. Develop innovative solutions to improve customer-focused operations.
  3. Quickly and confidently make decisions in response to operational challenges.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze operational performance and adjust processes accordingly.
  6. Ensure operational processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Supervise the development of operational plans and strategies.
  8. Ensure that operational projects are completed on time and within budget.
  9. Monitor and manage budgets and resources.
  10. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
