
Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery to join our team at Cisco Systems. Our ideal candidate should be highly organized and have an eye for detail, and be able to think strategically while managing the daily operations of the Support Delivery team. The successful candidate must have at least five years of experience in a management or operations role, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.The Business Operations Manager - Support Delivery will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that enables the growth of the Support Delivery team while keeping costs contained. With strong organizational and analytical skills, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the operations of the Support Delivery group and will be able to identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enable growth of the Support Delivery team while containing costs.
- Utilize strong organizational and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in the Support Delivery group.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures for the Support Delivery team.
- Manage daily operations of the Support Delivery team.
- Monitor team performance and address areas of improvement.
- Analyze team metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and manage budgets to ensure cost containment.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
