Business Operations Manager

This role will provide significant visibility and exposure across Cisco's top business priorities and initiatives. You will provide program/project management and ensure executive readiness is achieved for all customer and partner engagements, acting as a single point of contact for account teams engaging at the ELT level. Coordinate responses to technical issues and customer needs, leading communication with leadership/sponsors accordingly. Work closely with the Security & Collaboration operations, communications, and product teams team to ensure executive readiness on a variety of business needs.
