- Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and reporting to track performance and identify trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations and reduce waste.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform supply chain strategies.
- Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new supply chain systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain processes and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Analysis And Process Improvement
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data
Familiarity With Supply Chain Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
