  1. Conduct reliability analysis and testing on advanced networking products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  2. Develop and implement reliability plans and strategies to mitigate potential risks and improve product performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, verification, and manufacturing to identify and address potential reliability issues.
  4. Utilize industry tools and techniques to perform failure analysis and root cause analysis on product failures.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation related to reliability testing and analysis procedures and results.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in reliability testing and incorporate them into product development processes.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on reliability issues and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  9. Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including management and customers.
  10. Participate in the development of new product requirements and specifications to ensure reliability and quality objectives are met.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the reliability testing and analysis process.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure reliability requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and ideas for improving product reliability.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, industry standards, and legal regulations related to product reliability and safety.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment and represent the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asic Design And Development, With A Focus On Reliability And Failure Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Using Industry-Standard Reliability Tools, Such As Synopsys Sentinel, Ansys Redhawk, And Cadence Relxpert.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Guidelines For Reliability, Such As Jedec, Iec, And Ipc.

  • Experience With Reliability Testing Methods, Including Accelerated Stress Testing, Thermal Cycling, And Humidity Testing.
