  1. Develop and execute signal and power integrity analysis plans for advanced ASIC package designs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide guidance on signal and power integrity design considerations.
  3. Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to perform high-speed signal and power integrity simulations and analysis.
  4. Identify potential signal and power integrity issues and provide recommendations for design improvements.
  5. Design and validate package layouts for optimal signal and power integrity performance.
  6. Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices for signal and power integrity.
  7. Conduct thorough and timely reviews of signal and power integrity analysis results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug signal and power integrity issues during product development and production phases.
  9. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in signal and power integrity.
  10. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on signal and power integrity principles and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of ASIC package designs.
  12. Contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools to improve signal and power integrity analysis efficiency.
  13. Document and present signal and power integrity analysis results to cross-functional teams and management.
  14. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for signal and power integrity.
  15. Participate in project planning and provide input on signal and power integrity requirements and timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Signal And Power Integrity Analysis For Asic Packages.

  • Expertise In Industry-Standard Simulation Tools Such As Ansys Hfss, Siwave, And Cadence Sigrity.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of High-Speed Digital Design Principles And Experience With High-Speed Interfaces Such As Ddr, Pcie, And Ethernet.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently As Well As In A Team Environment.
