  1. Design and develop ASIC solutions for Cisco's innovative products and solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient ASIC designs.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for new projects.
  4. Perform RTL coding, synthesis, and verification to ensure high-quality and efficient ASIC designs.
  5. Use industry-standard tools and methodologies to design, simulate, and verify ASIC designs.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the design and verification process.
  7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in ASIC design and incorporate them into the design process.
  8. Work closely with physical design and verification teams to ensure successful tape-out of ASIC designs.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within the given time constraints.
  11. Document and maintain design specifications, test plans, and design verification reports.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize the ASIC design process to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and present updates and progress to project stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to industry-standard quality and security protocols in all aspects of ASIC design.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asic Design And Verification.

  • Proficiency In Verilog And Systemverilog For Rtl Design And Verification.

  • Experience With Industry-Standard Asic Design Tools, Such As Cadence Or Synopsys.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Design Concepts, Including Clock Domain Crossing, Power Optimization, And Timing Closure.
