2. Present solutions to customers and stakeholders and resolve customer issues.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
4. Demonstrate a working knowledge of enterprise IT environments, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, and public cloud offerings.
5. Provide technical insight and thought leadership to customers on the AppDynamics platform.
6. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and industry trends.
8. Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and partners.
9. Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospects and customers.
10. Analyze customer feedback and recommend changes to products and services.
