Job Description

Are you an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative looking to join a fast-paced, innovative organization? Cisco Systems is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our AppDynamics team. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales process, responsible for driving revenue growth and product adoption in enterprise accounts.This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success to join a cutting-edge team. If you have a passion for sales, a proven ability to exceed targets, and a drive to build successful business relationships, then this is the role for you.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts. You must also have a proven track record of results, including a high level of success in sales in a similar role. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to think strategically and analytically. If you have a background in software or technology, that is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets in enterprise accounts.
  2. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  3. Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Present the AppDynamics product suite to customers and potential customers.
  5. Identify and engage with new prospects and opportunities.
  6. Analyze and assess customer data to develop insights and inform sales strategies.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  8. Remain current on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  9. Provide post-sales support and customer service.
  10. Manage customer accounts and measure success metrics.
