AppD Product Counsel

In this position you will report to the company’s Director of Legal, Product and will work closely with various product management, engineering, business development, sales, and go-to-market teams to provide pragmatic and business-minded product counseling and legal support, including consideration of privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory issues. You will also play a meaningful role in crafting policies to help the legal team improve go-to-market motions and scale as AppDynamics continues to grow and evolve its SaaS-focused business. Develop and maintain a repository of legal resources that are required to evaluate and manage intellectual property rights related to our software products and professional services engagements.
