
Analyst Relations Manager, Customer Experience

- Plan and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Prepare briefing materials and messaging for analyst engagements.
- Monitor and track analyst coverage and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources for analyst relations activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and analysts, ensuring alignment and consistency of messaging.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of analyst relations strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments to inform analyst relations strategy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and overall business strategy.
- Communicate and advocate for the company's vision, strategy, and goals to industry analysts.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analyst Relations, Customer Experience, Or A Similar Role Within The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Analyst Landscape, Including Key Firms And Influencers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Industry Analysts And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Analyst Engagement And Leveraging Analyst Insights To Enhance Customer Experience Strategies.
