  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for AI solutions.
  2. Design and develop customized AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
  3. Identify and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to improve service provider offerings.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and implement them in solution designs.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of AI solutions.
  6. Conduct research and provide recommendations for new AI initiatives and projects.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Create and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
  9. Train clients on the use and maintenance of AI solutions.
  10. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and optimize AI solutions.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies and provide guidance and support to team members.
  12. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of AI solutions.
  13. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for AI solutions.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within budget.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs and industry standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies: This Includes Experience With Various Ai Frameworks, Algorithms, And Platforms, As Well As An Understanding Of How These Technologies Can Be Applied To Solve Business Challenges.

  • Experience In Service Provider Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Service Provider Industry, Its Challenges, And Customer Needs Is Essential For Success In This Role. Experience Working With Service Providers In The Americas Region Is Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ai Solutions Engineer Must Have Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python And R, As Well As Experience With Data Analytics, Data Visualization, And Cloud Computing.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Ai Solutions Engineer, Effective Communication And Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Customers, And Partners Is Critical. The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Also Important.

  • Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities: Ai Solutions Engineers Must Have Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues, As Well As To Design And Implement Innovative Solutions For Customers. They Must Also Be Able To Anticipate And Proactively Address Future Challenges.
