  • Develop and implement AI governance policies and procedures for Cisco Systems, ensuring compliance with ethical principles and industry standards
  • Conduct thorough reviews of AI projects and systems to identify potential ethical concerns and risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ethical considerations are integrated into all stages of the AI development and implementation process
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in AI technologies, and provide guidance on their responsible and ethical use
  • Conduct training and educational sessions for employees on AI governance and responsible AI practices
  • Act as a liaison between Cisco Systems and external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and industry organizations, on matters related to AI governance
  • Monitor and track AI projects to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical and responsible AI standards
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas for improvement in AI governance processes
  • Analyze and report on AI governance metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI governance and ethical AI principles within the organization and externally.
