  1. Develop and maintain relationships with State, Local, and Education (SLED) clients to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Create and implement strategic account plans to expand and grow existing client accounts.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and closing new business opportunities within the SLED market.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge on Cisco Systems' products and services.
  7. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cisco Systems' solutions.

  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  13. Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements for SLED accounts.
  14. Represent Cisco Systems at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to achieve optimal results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Sled (State, Local, And Education) Sector.
