  1. Manage and cultivate relationships with service provider customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with Cisco products and services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for expanding business opportunities with existing customers.

  11. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new developments in the service provider industry.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
  13. Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers, acting as a brand ambassador for Cisco.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and customer feedback.
  15. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
