As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing long-term relationships with our commercial customers.   • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Cisco Systems' products and services to customers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure profitable deals
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Cisco Systems' products and services
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop strategies for customer retention and growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent Cisco Systems and network with potential customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cisco Systems Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Clients.
