
Account Manager - Commercial Sales

- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Cisco Systems' products and services to customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure profitable deals
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Cisco Systems' products and services
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop strategies for customer retention and growth
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent Cisco Systems and network with potential customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas
Strong Knowledge Of Cisco Systems Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Clients.
