
Life - Sales Specialist
Complete the application sales process directly with applicants. Contact assigned clients within 24 hours of case submission. Send applications electronically and work with applicants to complete immediately. Respond immediately to application live call transfers. Answer client questions about coverage, products, and available options. Offer upsell opportunities where appropriate. Follow up directly with applicants to make appointments, complete applications, and get signatures. Maintain complete and professional case notes in all systems. Build and maintain relationships with assigned Field Reps and Agencies. Interact professionally with all associates, agencies, producers, and applicants.
Life Insurance experience preferred, but not required
A bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to communicate with agents, associates, and clients in a professional manner
2 years of related experience
