Express Claims Examiner
The Headquarters Claims Department is currently seeking a Claims Examiner for the Express Claims Center. Research coverage, investigate and adjust low dollar first and third-party auto and property claims. Communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, agents, and repair facilities. Enter information and documentation into CMS and issue loss payments. Compliance with state departments of insurance requirements. Excellent listening and Customer Service skills. Attend departmental training. Create accurate and timely reports.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Knowledge or experience with CMS, or other claims reporting program, helpful.
Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Obtain multi-state adjuster licensing within 6 months of hire.
