This role is essential in creating an amazing experience for our guests and ensuring that our games are running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for working with people.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. An understanding of game room operations and game machines is a plus.
