Loan Officer

Be accountable for developing and maintaining a client base of CHS Inc. affiliated local cooperatives and independent agronomy suppliers to deliver CHS Capital producer financing programs. Provide training to clients’ management, credit and agronomy staff to enable successful execution of producer financing programs in accordance with CHS credit policy. Develop new customer relationships as well as continued development of existing customers to maximize producer financing within each client’s overall agronomy business. Cross-selling of products and services within CHS Capital to include commercial and producer products including financing products, cash management services, leasing, and other services. Analyzes financial reports used to prepare credit quality and collateral updates on accounts within the portfolio. The position requires interstate travel up to 40% of the time.
