Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Support Associate to join our team at Christian Louboutin. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our luxury retail boutique, providing top-notch customer service and sales support to each of our valued clients.The ideal candidate for this position will have an outgoing personality and a passion for luxury fashion, with the ability to provide exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner. They should be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to multitask and problem solve. Additionally, the Sales Support Associate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be knowledgeable about our products and the fashion industry. Previous retail experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service and sales support to each of our valued clients.
Maintain an outgoing personality and passion for luxury fashion.
Demonstrate exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess strong ability to multitask and problem solve.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Be knowledgeable about our products and the fashion industry.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing product information and addressing any customer inquiries or complaints.
Assist in the maintenance of store merchandising standards.
Assist with inventory control and daily audits.
Assist with processing and organizing of shipments and deliveries.
Monitor sales floor activity and assist customers as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
