We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Support Associate to join the team at Christian Louboutin. As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to our customers in store and online, ensuring that every customer experience is a positive one. You’ll play an important role in promoting and selling our luxury range of products to customers.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a passion for fashion, an eye for detail and outstanding customer service skills. You’ll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to multi-task and demonstrate a commitment to providing the best customer experience. Responsibilities:

Assist customers in store and online with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Promote and sell Christian Louboutin luxury products.
Multi-task and manage multiple customer requests at one time.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing the best customer experience.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism and strong communication skills.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Maintain an eye for detail in all customer interactions.
Demonstrate a passion for fashion.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment and display maintenance.
