We are excited to announce the opening for a Sales Director at Christian Louboutin. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in order to meet and exceed the company’s revenue goals. This role requires an experienced leader who is passionate about the luxury fashion industry, and eager to develop innovative strategies for the team’s success.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience in the luxury fashion industry, with a proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be highly organized, a creative problem solver, and an energetic self-starter. In addition, the ideal candidate should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed the company’s revenue goals
  • Develop innovative strategies for the team’s success
  • Manage sales teams and drive revenue growth
  • Remain organized and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Analyze customer trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Foster relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead
  • Maintain and update sales records and reports
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure that sales staff is complying with company policies and procedures
  • Implement effective training and development plans for sales personnel
  • Recruit qualified sales personnel as needed
