Finance Assistant

We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the creative team at Christian Louboutin. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the organization. We're looking for someone with a passion for finance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in a finance role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. You should also be experienced with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other financial software. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records and processes in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other financial software.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans.
4. Monitor financial transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Prepare and review budgets.
6. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
7. Monitor and analyze costs and expenses.
8. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
9. Provide financial support and advice to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Keep up to date with financial regulations and industry trends.
