Job Description

As a Design Director at Christian Louboutin, you will be responsible for leading a creative team that brings the company’s vision to life in the form of shoes, handbags, and accessories. We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who will continuously push the boundaries of fashion and design. You will be required to bring a unique perspective and creative ideas to the table while also being able to collaborate effectively with everyone on the team.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in fashion design, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, and a strong portfolio of design projects. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a deep understanding of the latest trends in fashion. Finally, you must be able to translate Christian Louboutin’s vision into tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Lead a creative team to bring Christian Louboutin’s vision to life in the form of shoes, handbags, and accessories.
Bring a unique perspective and creative ideas to the table while collaborating effectively with everyone on the team.
Ensure that designs are in line with the latest trends in fashion.
Translate Christian Louboutin’s vision into tangible results.
Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up to date on fashion industry trends.
Manage the design team’s workload and ensure that projects are completed on time.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of design projects.
Ensure that designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
