Our ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse who truly understands the power of design and is driven to create innovative products that capture the spirit of the Louboutin brand.The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a creative design role and a thorough understanding of the luxury fashion industry. They should be capable of inspiring teams with their creative vision and have a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once are essential. We’re looking for a Creative Director who is not only highly creative but also highly organized. They should be able to think strategically and have the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
