The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a keen eye for trends and color. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently or within a team. A Bachelor’s degree in fashion or related field is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a person who is able to think strategically and creatively, and who has a strong understanding of the fashion industry. Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute merchandising plans for the company's fashion products.
2. Monitor and analyze trends in the fashion industry and adjust product selection accordingly.
3. Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure efficient operations.
4. Monitor sales performance and adjust product selection and pricing accordingly.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and ensure their support and cooperation in product selection and inventory management.
6. Prepare and present reports to management to illustrate product performance and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Provide customer service support as needed.
10. Assist with any other tasks as assigned.
