Responsibilities:

Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in merchandising strategies.
Develop and implement creative and innovative merchandising plans in order to maximize sales and profits.
Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products at all times.
Monitor store displays and suggest improvements to ensure maximum visibility and appeal.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient execution of merchandising plans.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sales trends and merchandising strategies.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate optimal product pricing and availability.
Provide support and assistance to the merchandising team.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends.
