Assistant Buyer

We are looking for an Assistant Buyer to join the Christian Louboutin team and support our Buyers in the selection and purchasing of merchandise for our stores. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for fashion and trends, strong negotiation skills, and an aptitude for managing multiple tasks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion and excited to be part of a team that produces beautiful, iconic shoes and accessories.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in fashion, business, or related field• At least 1-2 years of buying experience in the luxury fashion or related industry• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Ability to work independently, as well as the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Assist Buyers with research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury fashion industry

• Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors

• Monitor and track inventory levels, pricing, and stock availability

• Source and purchase merchandise for stores

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors

• Analyze market trends and research customer preferences

• Prepare reports and presentations on product analysis and buying trends

• Maintain up-to-date records of all purchases

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional and sales events

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Buyers
