Job Description

At Christian Louboutin, we are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, providing administrative support to the team and helping to facilitate smooth operations. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
  2. Maintain organization of office supplies and other materials, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible.
  3. Greet visitors, provide directions, and answer questions.
  4. Assist with special projects as needed, such as event planning and customer service.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations for meetings.
  6. Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Manage and track progress on assigned tasks and projects.
  8. Implement processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of administrative tasks.
  9. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  10. Monitor and update office policies and procedures.
