Oracle Business Analyst

The Oracle Business Analyst will develop and implement strategies to improve our Oracle-based systems and drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle Business Analysis and a thorough understanding of Oracle ERP modules are essential requirements. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve Oracle-based systems and drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
2. Work with stakeholders to determine business requirements and design solutions that will meet those needs.
3. Create data models and develop ETL processes and reporting solutions.
4. Utilize SQL and PL/SQL programming languages to create solutions.
5. Monitor and troubleshoot existing systems and configurations.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Oracle-based systems.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
8. Provide training and support to end-users.
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle technology and best practices.
10. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
